Celtic Cask Fiche a Naoi was double distilled at Cooley distillery and first matured in fresh bourbon barrels for 19 years. It was then recasked in a red wine barrel from the Mallorcan winery Anima Negra. AN is one of Spain's finest wines. This whiskey is unchill-filtered with no added colouring.
